LOADING DOCS is a trailblazing initiative co-funded by The New Zealand Film Commission and NZ On Air, and managed by production company Notable Pictures that funds, creates and distributes innovative New Zealand documentary shorts. Our mission is to give the best and brightest New Zealand filmmakers the chance to tell their stories with creativity, vision and passion and share them with the world.

Since its first year LOADING DOCS has supported 30 talented Kiwi filmmakers to make 3-minute short documentaries that show our home, Aotearoa, as it’s never been seen before. The films are launched on the LOADING DOCS website and from there super syndicated locally and internationally, made freely available to view and share anywhere and everywhere.
