Hey everyone, My name is Ashley Osborne, I am a mother of two, and am currently studying with FIT college NZ to become a personal trainer.
I have always lived a healthy active life and since becoming a mother it has inspired me more to carry on that lifestyle to instill the same thing into my kids.
This page is designed to share my journey and eventually building a clientele for my future growth in the fitness industry.
With the new knowledge i gain over this period of time I hope to encourage and motivate others into becoming better versions of themselves in a healthy lifestyle.
