With 13 years experience cooking Paul brings to the table a wealth of knowledge, passion and an array of amazing flavours.

Paul strives to put his own personal touch on every occasion, be it large or small. No shortcuts taken, everything made from scratch and with love. His style is Asian fusion cuisine, focusing on fresh, clean and exciting flavours.
