You talk, I'll write

Hi, I work from my home in South Westland, New Zealand, by phone and internet, and I can help you with writing no matter where you are in the world.

I have a Bachelor of Social Sciences and am a post-grad qualified English language teacher with 4 years of experience. I'm also a Navy-trained instructional designer, with 7 years experience in developing training materials for industry training, by the 'systems approach', mainly for on-job delivery.

I'm now returning to work after ten years of being Mum to two children, who are now at school.

I've been told by friends that I'm good at finding the right words for the right occasions. I've written CVs for people which have helped them get jobs (including one at Scott Base in Antarctica). I can write cover letters which are tailored for specific jobs; proposals, and training materials.

I'm particularly interested in in doing work which:
* helps spread the Good News of Jesus Christ
* helps capture the procedural details of traditional or 'old-school' knowledge before it disappears
* helps awaken people to the dangers of 1080 poison which is dropped aerially (from helicopters) all over native bush, in New Zealand.

I can incorporate photographs or illustrations into written material, and can create original diagrams to illustrate various concepts.
