Yoga Soul

Here at Yoga Soul we welcome people of all ages and walks of life to join us on our Yoga journey.

Our body is a life force in which energy is continually flowing through. In each yoga posture we find our centre/core and we are able to maintain a free flow of energy from that posture, opening up all parts of the body.

Our body’s ability to function as a clean and efficient life force is limited by stiffness, lack of strength and lack of endurance.

Our minds ability is limited by the way it thinks about itself, by the way you think about you.

Our mind/ soul can be enriched by the practise of yoga through the understanding of oneness/unity with all. Yoga feeds the soul-self and starves the ego-self of all its negative effects.
