X-Tours specialises in tours for students run by Outdoor Education specialists. We take you to New Zealand's best attractions and offer guided tours and activities along the way.

We tailor tours to suit student's needs. We don't just drive you around, we do the activities with you. We have discovered how wonderful New Zealand is and we want to share this with you.

Our South Island tour operates by picking you up from Tauranga, Hamilton or Auckland and returning you there so you have nothing to do but enjoy your trip. We fly you to Queenstown with Air New Zealand then bus you back stopping along the way to experience as much of New Zealand as possible.

X-Tours Staff:
Ben Ormsby: Tour Leader
Ben has been teaching Outdoor Education for 10 years, eight of those have been spent at Tauranga Boys' College. In this time he has been the Head of Outdoor Education for six years. He is also the EOTC co-ordinator. His interests are Surfing, Skiing and Mt Biking.

Billy Emeny: Tour Leader
Billy is the Head of Outdoor Education at Katikati College. He is an experienced teacher who's interests include Fishing and Diving and is an accomplished musician, featuring in local band "Barefoot Trio'. Billy is also a competitive Hockey player, playing for the Mount Maunganui Hockey Club.

Renee Royale: Tour Guide
Renee is a seasoned traveler who has a passion for the outdoors. Her interests include Snowboarding, horse back riding and Sailing.
