Class information
Our classes run concurrently offering a variety of different programs, whereby enhancing cardio-fitness, while adding attitude and flavor for a seriously fun workout. Dance to the beat, improve coordination and just get into your own zone. Dancers and non-dancers alike immediately and easily master any class format offered.
Mission
Our mission is to empower and inspire our WIYA members of all ages to reach their highest potential inside and out through dance, movement, fitness and motivation, while spreading awareness about various dance formats and music genreās. We encourage local movement enthusiasts to share their passion with others in a supportive, friendly environment.
