They grow 20 times faster in New Zealand than Canada, and they’re strangling our natural environment. The toxic spray used to control them is itself a hazard, and we need a smarter solution.

Wilding & Co could contain thousands of invasive wilding pines, every year, through the production of beautiful household products. By making use of resources otherwise wasted, we offer a common sense alternative to reduce further negative impact.

By distilling valuable, pure essential oils from sustainably harvested Wilding Pines, we will create handcrafted, organic, shelf-stable fragrances, soaps, and cleaning products.

Our wildcrafted Fir oil is distilled in Queenstown, deep in the Southern Alps of New Zealand. Made by hand, our products are infused with fragrant oils sourced from these wildings.

Wilding & Co is turning invasive pines into a valuable resource and a successful social enterprise. What we do is simple: We make beautiful products from wilding trees to preserve our precious alpine ecology.

Communities could self-fund the continued containment of wilding pines, if locals, businesses and visitors alike used Wilding & Co products.
