Wilderness Wanderings

The inspiration for my framed pictures and hand-made dream-catchers comes from MY love and respect for all indigenous people of the world who have a love and respect for our Earth Mother, surpassed by no other. I have seen and experienced this with my own eyes and heart from the precious time spent with my Maori partner here in Aotearoa (R.I.P. TK Winiata)….. the 3 yrs of teachings from my first Medicine teacher here in NZ ( Flying Bird, Blackfoot/Alaskan), working with people from South America (Ecuador), staying with my dear friends from the Piikani nation of the Blackfoot people in Alberta, Canada… and now my partner, who is First Nations Chipewyan Dene from Northern Alberta, Canada. I endeavor to convey some of this through the words and pictures on much of my work.
