Whangaroa Papa Hapū

The pupose of the Whangaroa Papa Hapū is to provide leadership and direction on all logistical matters pertaining to the preparation, management and presentation of submissions in the Te Paparahi o Te Raki Stage Two Hearings before the Waitangi Tribunal.

The Whangaroa Papa Hapū is deemd to be a joint committee of representatives elected by their respective Whangaraoa rohe Wai claimants.
