Whaiora Stop Smoking Service

With Whaiora's stop smoking programme, you will work with a professional Quit Coach who will support you with a range of tools to help you stop smoking. This is a free service available to any smoker 16 years and older.

One of our qualified Quit Coaches will:
•make an assessment to ensure you receive the best advice and provide follow-up support.
•work with you to develop a plan to stop smoking
•support you to follow the plan
•provide nicotine patches, lozengers or gum
•visit you at your place
