Charles, Ken & Ashleigh - Watson Real Estate

Ken grew up in Yorkshire, England and at an early age moved to New Zealand with his family. He worked at the Post Office Savings Bank until he decided it was time for a change in career and chose to give real estate a go. He is currently in his 33rd year of real estate and has owned Watson Real Estate for 20 years. He thrives off meeting people, discussing property and having a good chat over a cuppa.

From a very young age, Ashleigh has showed a passion for property. As soon as she was out of High School, she began to work in real estate working as a receptionist, and further moved into sales assistant and marketing for Watson Real Estate. She has been working in real estate for 7 years now and over this time, she has developed a high level of marketing and advertising skills. Ash has a real desire to help people and loves property.


Charles (aka Charlie) was born into a business-minded family. Growing up in Auckland, then moving on to Taupo and now Palmerston North, he has shown entrepreneurial qualities from a young age, trying to sell bits n pieces to his older brothers at the age of six. Whilst being a buying and selling "guru", he studied a Bachelor of Business Studies, Majoring in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management with a Marketing Minor here in Palmerston North. He is passionate about real estate and people, and can't wait for what lies ahead in his career in real estate.
