Waiapu Kids St Matthews

Waiapu Kids St Matthews is a Community Based early childhood centre and service of Anglican Care Waiapu.

We are situated in the central business district of urban Hastings and on the grounds of the St Matthew's Anglican church and St Matthew's Primary School.

Our centre provides educational care for up to 35 children, including up to 5 under two year olds.

The centre is licensed from 8am to 5pm as a mixed age centre. This enables all the children to interact together in the same environment. We have very flexible hours and children can attend full time, part time or as casual care.

Waiapu Kids St Matthews offers high quality early childhood education by having higher adult to child ratios than the Ministry of Education require and all full time teachers are qualified and registered. Our support staff include teachers in training and childcare helpers.
