Victor Lim - Ray White Ellerslie

Originally from Malaysia, Victor grew up in New Zealand with the diligence of Asian values and the ‘number 8 wire’ mentality of a Kiwi.

Never one to conform to others, he will look for creative ways to use his available resources to go that extra mile; perhaps throw a cocktail party to show off the amazing sunset on the property or even let buyers try out the house before deciding! His passion for property started from a young age when he would use his spare time to design houses with mind-blowing features such as double storey swimming pools with water slides that he asked his parents to build. His dream house, with much sadness, did not come true but he did oversee a team of in Malaysia that was involved in the construction of interesting commercial fit-outs. He manages his own portfolio of residential properties and knows what it takes for an investment to work or what to look for in a first home.
