Vanora: Equine-Assisted Therapy & Personal Development

Vanora is accredited with the Equine Assisted Growth & Learning Association (Eagala), which incorporates the use of horses within therapy for experiential personal growth, learning, and skills development.

We, the facilitators are qualified professionals with years of mental health and equine experience. We offer a holistic approach to therapy for individuals, couples and groups. At Vanora, we practice the client-centred and solution-orientated part of the Eagala Model, this allows for an individualised approach to the client’s needs and their personal development.

We endeavour to create a non- judgemental experiential environment for exploration and self-awareness.

We can provide Equine-Assisted Therapy and Equine-Assisted Learning to address: trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, addictions, eating disorders, and other mental health and behavioural needs to educational objectives like working with business groups and leaders, schools, and other growth and learning needs.
