THE BREWER'S PLATTER - Our version of a ploughman's lunch-corner beef cooked with Valley Brewing Ginger Beer, Talbot Forest Cheese, fresh apple, pickle/relish, pickled onions, gerkins and a petit salad.

RAE'S CA SALAD (AN ANAGRAM OF CAESAR) - Exceptionally crisp lettuce bacon, croutons, parmesan, peas, gently tossed in our homemake dressing and served with a sooft boiled egg. (Plain/Chicken)
