It is located in Beaumont, Central Otago, just a ten minute drive from the historic gold mining town of Lawrence and is situated 50 meters from the Clutha Gold Cycle Trail. The cottage has recently been refurbished and offers modern kitchen facilities, a full sized bath and shower, television, wood burner, washer and dryer.
