Tuesday Painters Taupo

Tuesday Painters is a small not for profit painting group under the umbrella of Active Arts Taupo.
We meet every Tuesday at 9.30 am in the middle room of the Active Arts club rooms. Some bring lunch and stay on till 4 pm.

We are made up of roughly 30 artists ranging in experience from beginner to professional, varying in painting mediums and interests.

Tuesday Painters provides a fun, relaxed creative working environment and social atmosphere for those with similar interests in the arts of painting and drawing. Members can choose to come along and paint their own thing, or take part in the weekly lessons.

Weekly lessons vary between fully, semi and untutored sessions, critique sessions, workshops and open for interpretation themes.

Members are encouraged to experiment in a wider range of subjects and media.
