Tranquillity Bay Care

Seaview Retirement park has new owners and the name has changed to Tranquillity Bay Care. This name was chosen as Tranquill is what best describes the wonderful setting of the home. We have a Pine forest in our back yard that has native birds and peace and quiet over looking the best view of Parua Bay. Mum has moved in and loves her room with the view and having the space, also being able to walk in the vast garden.

Tranquillity Bay Care is a Rest Home with fantastic views over Parua Bay and the Whangarei Harbour. The 28 bed home, set in native bush and lovely landscaped gardens, giving a different outlook at every turn of the head. Tranquillity is only 15 minutes drive from Whangarei's CBD.

Tranquillity has all the warmth, caring and family atmosphere you expect from the place you call home.

Not only do residents have input into making Tranquillity Bay part of their life, their family and friends are also encouraged to visit and interact with their loved ones as if they are at home; whether they partake in the home cooked food available, a coffee in our Tranquill dining room, or maybe walk in the gardens to see the native birds and quail who have also made their home here. It's just wonderful to sit and reflect on the beautiful peaceful vista.
