Titirangi Violin Studio

I am an experienced professional violin teacher, using the internationally recognized. Colourstrings, a tutoring method from Finland which is attractive and stimulating to children, helping them to learn instrument technique in a fun, holistic way, while learning comprehensive musicianship: rhythm, singing, aural training, composition, theory, mental and physical coordination. My pupils get individual lessons and get to make music together in duos or small groups as well. This is a real pleasure for kids and is hugely motivating. I also offer music theory and composition separately to budding composers or anyone needing to improve their theory. Fees: ½ hour lesson $40; ¾ hour $50; 1 hour $60.
