When I have graduated I plan to operate as a one-to-one personal trainer in South Canterbury , in particular dealing with those who are just starting their fitness journey or need that extra support to get over the threshold.

Having dealt with my own weight issues in the past and having recovered from some major injuries I feel I have a lot to offer anyone faced with the challenge of getting in shape in spite of circumstance.
