Hello everyone, my name is Ashaa Mirus.
Originally from Canada, I moved here with my family back in 2007. My fitness journey started back in 2012, 2 years after I had my son. I kicked all my excuses out the door and got myself a trainer to help me reach my goals. Since then I have lost a total of 30kg and I found my love and passion for fitness and helping others.
I am an example of a full time working mother that got her life and fitness back and I am saying IT CAN BE DONE!
Our fitness is important and is something we should all enjoy! Whether you want to reduce health risks or just to simply look and feel better, I can help you achieve your goals. As a passionate trainer, my role is to motivate, educate and make training a fun and rewarding experience
