As a nutritionist, the aim is to put aside all the hype, steer away from popular fad diets, and simply focus on the evidence.

Hi, I'm Helen, I'm a degree qualified nutritionists passionate in the belief that good health should be sustainable and achievable. I believe that health and wellness is not about reaching a target weight range, following the latest trend, magic solutions, or beating yourself up if things don’t go as planned. I wish to encourage a whole lifestyle change, one that can be maintained and is realistic, whilst focusing on a diet that works for the individual!

My passion is child nutrition, but more specifically about fostering a good relationship with food. We want them to enjoy trying new foods and to know when they have had enough. Eating habits begin at a young age and can last a life time, so we want this experience to be an enjoyable one. Successful eating has a lot to do with feeding dynamics, rather than what they eat over a single meal, or even a day. I love talking about this fascinating subject and helping families relax around mealtimes, with practical solutions and 'aha' moments.
