The goal of TMF is to support and empower communities with a particular focus on vulnerable children and young people. The areas of particular interest are- Education, Youth Leadership and Health. TMF was established in response to the generosity of good NZers who have supported the work of Dr O'Sullivan. Dr O'Sullivan says "We have been so encouraged by this koha-generosity from other NZers who have stated that the good work we can do here in Northland will contribute to a better NZ"
