The Greenwood Bar

Welcome to The Greenwood Bar, now open at Lloyd's Hotel!

Established in 1887 as The Globe Hotel, Lloyd's has a long history of serving both locals and visitors with good food, drinks, and entertainment.

The Greenwood Bar opened in November 2016, offering regular live entertainment to suit everyone. From live band nights to comedy, games nights, and everything in between, there's always something happening at Greenwood!

Don't like what's playing? With CrowdDJ, you can control the music! The Greenwood Bar is the first bar in Launceston to have this system. Just select the music you want to hear from your phone app or the screen at the bar, and enjoy!

Try our food! We have burgers, nachos, fish & chips, and other assorted goodies! Everything is made on site, right down to the sauce!
