We offer an accommodation solution for people needing mid to longer term accommodation in a great location in Timaru.

This is a great option for students, people new to the area, on contract, all the pros of flatting with our the usual hassles. Low bond and short notice periods means less ties than traditional renting. Furnished and ready for you to move straight in to a home away from home.

Our boarding house has quality fixtures and fittings. There are 15 bedrooms that are a mixture of single, twin and double rooms. They range in price from $105 to $180 per week per person.

There is great communal areas to hang out and socialise with other tenants and your guests.

The communal areas, Kitchen, Lounge, and Dining, are all spacious and comfortable. Toilets and showers are shared, each has lockable door. All communal areas are cleaned weekly.

There is free access to high speed wifi.

There is a large BBQ/ outside seating area.

A laundry on site for tenants use.
