"The Chevron" was once my local dairy where my family got our daily needs from,when we didn't go to 3GUYS(now countdown)it closed in the early 80's it was one of many on Pt Chev rd...
When I knew I was going to open up in the shop I thought bout names and for me there was no other to use but the old name and I'm happy I have renamed it THE CHEVRON.
I love the PT and everything it has to offer,great schools, location to the CBD and of corse our inner harbour beaches which draws 1000's from outside the area, I'm proud to say iv lived almost all my life here so far,and can not see living anywhere else, so this is my little local shop for the locals and visitors to the PT or passing by.
The ones that work along side me are also locals,and KOKAKO the coffee we are so proud to serve are as local as can be,aswell as also being organic and fair trade.
Along with great coffee we do smoothies,juices,milk shakes,ice creams
Homemade pies,salads and will be introducing more as time goes along.
Everything that gets served on and in I've gone with biodegradable products as much as I can.
So in a nutshell that's what THE CHEVRON is about,we're not a cafe but you can stop for a coffee there's a seat for you to take and relax.
