Our Pilates classes are run on 8-week terms so to be kept small (max 6 students) ensuring individual attention and opportunity to work on specific imbalances, injuries and tension patterns in the body.
Our yoga Classes are drop in. We offer traditional Hatha style yoga classes, Yin Yoga and Myofascial Release Yoga.
We specialise in restorative massage therapy, offering firm, holistic, integrative and effective treatments for injuries, chronic pain and stress.
