Kym McDonald is a person centred therapist, and also trained in a diploma of Holistic Transformational Coaching and specialises in one to one coaching and Retreat group coaching, and facilitation of group process.

Coaching is a method that uncovers our unconscious patterns and emotions, then makes them available to our conscious awareness so that we can begin to heal and transform them. This can be one of the greatest ways to empower ourselves and discover our untapped wisdom and clarity.

The one to one coaching is designed to tap into these areas more deeply and can be conducted either in person or via phone, a variety of coaching tools are used to clear your mind and open your heart to yourself.

Reconnection retreats are conducted over 3 consecutive days, Friday Saturday and Sunday and are in line with the changing seasons. They are specially designed to bring balance and harmony to body, mind and spirit, within a facilitated group experience of healing and transformation.
On Retreat you can expect to:
- Explore the hidden dimensions of your mind.
- Uncover any blockages within your heart and begin to gently heal them.
- Discover the healing power of Stillness and silence and tap into the wisdom at the core of you.
- Honour and become in harmony with the seasons and moon times and learn how this massively supports growth and awareness.
- Feel more empowered, recharged and peaceful.
