Bach style accommodation over two stories. Simple house with all the basics and location for a lovely holiday. Ideally suited for a couple of families or a group of friends. Great base for a winter skiing holiday, a summer wine-sampler or an adventure!

Good for children with a trampoline and playfort, a portacot and highchair.

Easy walking distance to Arrowtown restaurants, pubs and cafes, museum, attractions, swimming pool and river.

20 minute drive to Coronet Peak skifield, 25 minutes to Queenstown.

Pets:
we welcome dogs outside. Small, well behaved dogs are permitted inside. Please enquire.

House layout:
The house is located on an incline, so there is a downstairs entrance and garden and an upstairs entrance and garden! The upstairs garden is fully fenced with a lovely deck.

The upstairs of the house contain a spacious dining/living, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, master bedroom with King size bed and kids bedroom with two single beds.

Downstairs the house has one queen bedroom and one bedroom which sleeps 4 (single bunk over double and a single bed). There is also the laundry and an second bathroom with toilet.

Outside upstairs we have our sleepout. This is a separate building which contains a double bedroom.

Rates:
Rates are for 4 bedrooms and up to 8 people. The 5th bedroom is the sleepout which can be included for $40/night or $200/week (no additional charge if booking for 10 people). Extra guests are $20/night or $100/week.

We have an optional $100 cleaning charge per rental. You are welcome to save on this by doing the cleaning yourself - but beware it takes about 4 hours! If booking online the $100 is added automatically - we are happy to refund this after your stay if you do the cleaning. Please note in the comments section if this is your intention.

Rates are from 4pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure. Please enquire if this does not suit.
