Weekly Yoga Classes for 13-19 year olds

Classes blend interactive warm up games, music, asana (postures) and flexibility movements, pranayama (harmonizing breath), Yoga nidra (deep relaxation).

Through the development of breath awareness, linking movement with breath and deep relaxation teenagers learn strategies to cope with the challenges they meet at school and in their lives.
