About your teacher - Emily Beaumont RYT-200

My yoga journey began in my late teens (20 years ago!) and I credit the practice with getting me through a physical career for 14 years devoid of injury or any serious health complaints.
In May 2016 I made the decision to embark on my teacher training through the Aura Wellness Centre in America. Successfully completing the 200 hour teacher training programme with 'High Honours', I teach regular yoga classes, helping you to experience the many benefits that incorporating yoga into your lifestyle will bring.
