Our Pop Up Parlour on wheels takes a technique from molecular gastronomic restaurants to the streets and creates "handmade to order" ice cream with liquid nitrogen. Your very own scoops are whipped up from scratch in minutes. Liquid nitrogen is a very cold natural element, it's one of the main components of the air we breath. Using it simply returns it back to the earths atmosphere leaving only freshly churned ice cream. The ingredients freeze so rapidly and leave ice crystals so fine it creates the smoothest creamiest freshest ice cream around.

Our ice creams are Egg-free, Gluten-free. We offer Dairy-free and Vegan options along with our Dairy ice creams with NO refined sugars, colourings, preservatives.
