Support Stream

Support Stream Wellness Coaches offer holistic and practical mental health support for people who are experiencing a difficult time in their lives or who need assistance in achieving their wellness goals. Wellness Coaches focus on positive outcomes for people with difficulties such as; Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Post natal concerns.
Support Stream is a mobile service and Coaches can meet with clients in their own home or in the community. Appointments are available 7 days a week between 7am and 8pm.
Support Stream works with youth (13 and over), adults, and families.
Some of the support options include; Understanding mental health, Creating your own wellness plan, Relaxation and Mindfulness techniques, Managing your daily tasks, Managing stress and anxiety, Nutrition and exercise support and advice, Employment / Education support and advice, Support for carers/family including respite.
Wellness Coaches work in collaboration with their clients; client’s own goals are what drives the work they do.
