I am determined to help people get fitter, stronger and healthier through exercise and nutritional advice. I was unhappy, unmotivated, overweight at 100kg and generally feeling lousy before I started on my own fitness journey. Through a change in lifestyle and making healthy eating choices I lost my weight and became healthier and fitter in the process. I was intimidated by big gyms, shredded personal trainers with no life experiences who couldn’t relate or offer what I needed. I know what it means to hold down a full time job, juggle family time and the stresses of life. I can and will relate to your struggles and I can with your commitment help you to become strong, healthy and fit.
