Step/Pump Cromwell - Group Fitness

Held in the Ripponvale Hall on the outskirts of Cromwell, classes are suitable for everyone - men and women, all fitness levels as you can work at your own pace. We do 30 minutes of Powerstep and then 60 minutes of RIP for a full class of 90 minutes BUT you can choose one of the shorter options if you prefer - 30 min of just Powerstep, 45 min of Powerstep and 3 tracks of RIP or just RIP for an hour from 7pm. Classes are priced from just $5 to $8 for the full class with concessions available for purchase. Your first class is FREE!
