Boot Camp session Times:
Monday: 5.15-6.00 am, 6.15-7.00 am, 7.15-8.00 am.
Tuesday: 5.15-6.00 am, 6.15-7.00 am, 7.15-8.00 am.
Friday: 5.15-6.00 am, 6.15-7.00 am, 7.15-8.00 am.
The boot camp is a 6 week course runs from 5 December 2016- 13 January 2017, offering high intensity interval training and functional fitness. Square 1 Hawera is based inside at the Savage Club hall , Princess St and Outside on the grounds of the St Mary's Anglican Church Hall, Collins St Hawera.
