Soulfit was created by Faye Whitten, a certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Natural Health Advisor.

Driven by her goal to inspire, educate and empower others to take their health to the next level both physically and spiritually, she takes a holistic approach to each individuals wellness journey by offering the following services:
