Sophie Whiting- Student PT

I am a current student studying personal training online through http://www.fitcollege.co.nz/
I am studying this because I cant see myself doing anything else. I love seeing the changes in myself and others who I have been working with to achieve fitness goals.
I chose fitness college to study through as they are flexible to suit my lifestyle in all ways.

I enjoy sports of any kind but all sorts of netball are my passion, playing coaching, reffing, you name it! I enjoy walking and running as you can do this with friends on any given day.

I cant wait to finish this course as being qualified will allow me to achieve my dream of changing peoples lives. I want to start boot camps for all fitness levels and eventually open my own gym.
