Welcome to Solstice Health Clinic! My name is Kirsty, and I am a student Naturopath. Whilst I am undergoing my studies at the Naturopathic College of New Zealand, I wish to offer heavily discounted treatments and services to help me build my practice. The services I will be offering are as follows:

Please keep in mind that I am still studying and not all of these services will be offered straight away. As I gain knowledge in each area I will make posts to this page advertising which services are now available- to begin with I will be offering Relaxation Massage as i gain more knowledge in the other modalities.

Relaxation Massage
Relaxation Massage is a wonderful way to take time to treat yourself to some time out from the day to day hustle and bustle of life! It is useful for treating mental, emotional and physical ailments.
30 Minutes: $25 (only available for follow up appointments)
60 Minutes: $40 (includes a 15 minute consultation) $25 if you have a student ID or a community services card.
90 Minutes: $70 (includes a 15 minute consultation)
Flower Essences
I use First Light Flower Essences in my treatments. First light are New Zealand made plant remedies that can be used by everyone to heal. They are safe for elderly, pregnant and children alike and harness the vibrational healing of native plants.
Consultation via Email (includes essence and delivery): $25
In addition to another appointment:$18
Zone Therapy
Zone Therapy uses pressure points and reflex zones on the feet to give a soothing massage that can trigger relaxation throughout the entire body.
45 minutes: $40 (includes a 15 minute consultation)
30 minutes in addition to another appointment: $25
Supplements and Health Foods
I have access to a wide variety of health foods and supplements. I will be building up a retail area within the clinic and aim to have an online shop set up by the end of this year! In the interim, talk to me about what you require and I can get you a great deal. Some of the brands I have access to include NuZest, Amazonia, Clinicians, Perfect Potion, Lotus Essential Oils, Kiwiherb, Artemis, Absolute Essential, Martin & Pleasance, Harker Herbal Products and Schuessler.
