Soldier Shred is a sports team which trains specifically for multi sports such as running events, triathlon and extreme off-road events.
We train in 6 week cycles targeting VO2 max, endurance and teamwork, and also calisthenic and weight training.
Soldier Shred (SS) welcomes anyone from any gym into our family. It doesn't matter what your fitness level, age or gender is, as long as you have the ability to work hard, you will fit in well with the team.
SS has 3 x standard classes (mid to high intensity) and 2 x beginner classes (low to mid intensity).
We operate from Zero Limits Gym and Pro Fit Gym in Te Awamutu.
