TREATMENT FEES:

Forty five minutes: $75

Spot treatments using therapeutic massage and targeted anti-inflammatory oils, as a quick pick-me-up, for example: forearms for RSI prevention in deskwork, calves and hamstrings for pre-event training, neck and shoulders for a brief unwind from a stressful week.

one hour: $90

A combined therapeutic massage with a tailored blend of pure essential oils, that address your top priorities on an emotional, psychological and physical level. This is the recommended treatment length for most clients, as it allows time for a thorough consultation, and an in depth massage - without overworking any particular muscle group, and enough time for the nervous system to deeply relax.

one and a half hours: $120

A classical full body relaxation massage, with a unique essential oil blend to unwind the nervous system, relax all the main muscle groups in the body, and allow a comforting meditative space to connect deeply with yourself, and rest and restore your sense of vitality and wellbeing. This is also a recommended booking for those with complex injuries, or issues around stress management or pain, with enough time to asses posture and lifestyle choices for recovery.
