Jaz Lane-Jones - Midwife

I am a registered midwife working in Auckland providing care to women and their families throughout pregnancy, labour, birth and the first few precious weeks at home with their new baby.

I work in partnership with women and their whanau to facilitate and support them in the birth that they desire.

Midwifery is my passion, and I enjoy working with women from all different backgrounds and family units.

. I work holistically, keeping your entire wellbeing in mind, and work to find what makes you feel safe and supported. My philosophy is centred on the belief that pregnancy and birth are normal life events and I am here to guide, support and advocate for you to ensure you have a safe and positive experience. I provide up-to-date information so that you can make informed decisions that are best for you and your family that align with your own philosophy on labour, birth and parenting.

I am happy to provide care for women wanting to birth in Birthcare Parnell, Auckland City Hospital or at home, as well as those women wanting waterbirths or VBAC.
