I have gone right through school, had some struggles mental health wise and still managed to get this far, i'm a solo mum of one. and currently studying to be a personal trainer as i have now left school.
my goal is to help people in the fitness community and people who want to join.. reach their goals.
weather it be
- muscle gain
-weight loss
- body toning
- or just wanting to get fit :)
