To operate and maintain Shirdi SaiBaba Mandir in Auckland. To serve the community in all possible areas including health promotion activities, in line with the teachings of Shirdi SaiBaba.


ABOUT SANSTHAN

On 2nd February, 2002, a group of like minded devotees of Sri Shirdi SaiBaba met, discussed and decided to form a Sansthan. The immediate goal of Sansthan was to establish a temple for Baba in Auckland which would assist in spreading the wonderful life and teachings of Shri Baba. By His grace and with his blessings, Shri Shirdi Saibaba Sansthan Of New Zealand Incorporated was established on 4th June 2002.

The vision of the Sansthan is to make people become aware of Shri Shirdi SaiBaba, his life and his teachings so that devotees and their family can mould their activities in such a way to attain satisfaction and total fulfilment and make their life meaningful.

The primary objectives of the Sansthan are:

To operate and maintain Shri Shirdi SaiBaba’s Temple in Auckland at 12 - 18, Princes St, Onehunga. Auckland
To serve the community at large in meaningful ways which would add value to both individuals as well as the community
To publish printed materials and thru’ the website, articles about Shri Baba, His life, teachings and His philosophy combined with devotees’ experiences of Shri Baba in their day to day lives.

We seek Shri Baba’s blessings and His grace on us to carry out these tasks and we seek your complete support in making this project a great success.

Mon to Friday 7.00 am to 1.00 pm
5.00 pm to 9.00 pm

Sat & Sun 7.00 am to 9.00 pm


Community Activities:

Every year we conduct two Blood Donation Camps in association with New Zealand Blood Services, 71 Gt. South Rd, Epsom

With the help of devotees we are running a Food bank and we supply to a place where food is contributed and made available to those in need ( please feel free to contribute canned and ready to eat food).

Membership Category

1. Life Membership (Family): $ 1001 Only the named person on the application form is eligible to become life members. This membership is non-transferable, Life membership Payment can be made in one lump sum payment or in three instalments within 3 months from the date of approval of application. 2. Life Membership (Individual): $501Individual membership does not accord life membership rights in any manner to other family members of the applicants. Life membership is non-transferable & Payment can be made in one lump sum or in three instalments within 3 months from the date of approval of application.
3. Annual Membership (Family): $251Annual membership is from April 1st to March 31. Annual membership is renewable on a yearly basis. Any member wishes to join during the course of the year to renew the membership may do so after obtaining approval from the secretary of the Sansthan
4. Annual Membership (Individual): $121 Annual membership is from April 1st to March 31. Annual membership is renewable on a yearly basis. Any member wishes to join during the course of the year to renew the membership may do so after obtaining approval from the secretary of the Sansthan Note: To be eligible to actively participate in the Annual General Meeting of SSSS NZ member must submit his/her application and have current & valid membership holding for 6 months continuously..
Donation\All donations offered by members are not entitled to confer any membership. However, if the E.C. considers that donation offered by the member is valuable, it may consider granting an appropriate type of membership subject to approval by EC.
