Shotokan fitness combines pure Shotokan karate techniques with modern fitness training. Shotokan is a modern style of karate originally evolving from various martial arts to become the most widely known style of karate in the world today. Shotokan fitness brings together body training through traditional karate practice. Whilst you will learn Shotokan techniques through kata and kumite each session will also incorporate all over body fitness training. This course ensures you will gain strength and stamina whilst learning traditional karate techniques, which will eventually work towards colored belt grading should you so wish.
