Shannon has just graduated Otago Polytech with a Diploma in Advanced Therapeutic Massage.
Her decision to enter into the field of massage therapy was motivated by her natural inclination to the more holistic side of healthcare.
Shannon aims to promote wellbeing and self­care. She can provide a beautiful relaxation massage, or a more therapeutic style massage in which the focus is addressing pain, tension, dysfunction and injuries. She really enjoys providing both modalities and can customize your massage specifically for your needs during consultation.
The belief she has is that no massage should be painful, her intention is to relax the muscles and allow herself to naturally sink to the required depth.
Shannon is extremely excited to be a part of the Benessere team, working alongside other professionals,
getting the chance to apply her knowledge and to aid others in feeling amazing.
