Liz has particular skills in project management, technical investigation and analysis, either as part of multi-disciplinary teams or in managing consenting processes. Liz’s understanding of the legal requirements, processes and rules can assist and guide you - offering various services including due diligence/site suitability analysis, preparing land use and subdivision resource consent applications, and private plan change requests.
