A graduate of the prestigious London School of Sports Massage with a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy. I am currently offering treatments from my home in Ashburton.

Sports and Remedial Massage is not simply for the professional athletes of this world, we can all benefit from treating life’s aches and pains. Sitting at a desk all day, standing or driving for a living (to name just a few) can play havoc with our bodies, not to mention the detrimental effect that stress has.

I treat a wide variety of clients who have sporting injuries, general aches and pains, medical conditions or who simply need to unwind. From the professional athlete to the weekend warrior, office worker or farmer!

Remedial massage can benefit clients in a number of ways and this is not limited to muscle tension and physical injury.

As a supplement to medical care massage can help a patient recuperate from long term illnesses treating the mind as well as the physical body will often have a dramatically positive effect.

60 Minutes $65

Mobile appointments are available on request for appointments of 45 minutes or longer. A charge for fuel and travel time will apply, why not split the costs with a friend?
