ABOUT ME
I originally did my massage training in London in 1999 when seeking a change in career from the corporate world to an area I am passionate about...health and fitness.

Upon returning to NZ, I made the break from being in the office to helping those still desk bound by running a successful on-site massage business providing chair massage to businesses around Auckland as well as being involved in various corporate events such as golf days, trade fairs and sporting events.

When we decided to have our third child it was time to focus on our family and I sold this business on.

I loved working as a group fitness instructor for a few years afterwards and over the years have retained a small number of massage clients. I now feel I have a bit more flexibility to open up my clinic to more clients.

My passion is weight training and is important for my mind and body to workout. I have also built up quite a knowledge of nutrition over the years although like most of us have trouble putting this into practice!

Whether you are an active person with sore muscles from exercise, spend a lot of time sitting down at a desk at work or are super mum trying to keep everyone happy, massage therapy will help you remain balanced and injury free.....mentally and physically.
